About Me
While working in real estate full-time since 2010 and earning my broker's license in 2023, I have learned that no two transactions are the same which can bring unexpected challenges. I work with my clients to overcome the hurdles ahead of us. I enjoy helping them find the perfect home or assisting them in obtaining the best price when selling their existing home.
I specialize in working with investors on short-term rental properties in the Hocking Hills Region. I bring my own experience of self-managing since 2018 properties of my own to help them get started. Having owned a home in the area since 2006, I have a good understanding of the market. I am able to confidently give them the guidance needed to allow them to self-manage. I also offer to take the responsibility off their plate and allow them to have a more passive investment by offering management services. As a member of the Hocking Hills Lodging Owners Association Committee, I am able to stay current on changes that are happening in the area for my clients.
